Member Experience Team

Our membership, right now, consists of talent leaders from around 130 Fortune 1000 companies. And, the consistent quality of the group is that all are invested in creating exceptional entry-level talent programs – both from the recruiting and programming standpoints. It is our aspiration to be nothing less than the single, unequivocal best partner to every one of these leaders in that pursuit. And, it is our Member Experience team that drives that service. Member Experience Associates are the primary points of contact for IRC’s members – both serving as a consultant and relationship steward. They will on-board members to the service, uncover their largest challenges/priorities, customize service to their needs, deliver on that service, and, ultimately, ensure the relationship lasts. We want our members to feel like their IRC lead is an extension of their own team. Our goal is to find phenomenal external ambassadors of IRC who can deliver exceptional, intelligent, and customized service to our membership.
